Students to create a residential building located on a given site by the professor while conforming to OBC and municipal by-laws.

 Students will experience activities that replicate a real-life scenarios in a typical development project in areas such as construction documentation, project tendering, construction site set-up, and administrative functions such as shop drawing process, change orders, progress claims and closet-out procedures 

Students given a set of drawings and required to construct a 3D model and render images for the Audun Warehouse.

Students were given a shape of a building on a site and required to construct the interior of the building while conforming to OBC.

Students were given a building site and asked to construct a local emergency response station while conforming to OBC and municipal by-laws as well as structural layouts.
